Not at all. We can walk your property with you, discuss any problem areas, and recommend practical improvements. Whether you have a clear plan or simply know your yard needs attention, we can help you determine the best next step.

Do you provide the materials?

Yes. We can supply and deliver the materials needed for your project, including mulch, pine straw, decorative stone, gravel, edging materials, plants, topsoil, and sod when included in your estimate.

Can I provide my own materials?

Possibly. Let us know during your estimate if you already have materials or plan to purchase them yourself. We will confirm whether they are suitable for the project and discuss labor pricing with you.

How much will my project cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the area, the materials selected, site conditions, preparation requirements, and the amount of labor involved. We provide a clear estimate before scheduling so you understand what is included.

Is there a minimum project size?

Minimum pricing may apply depending on the service, location, and amount of work required. Small projects can often be combined with other services to create a more complete and cost effective refresh.

How soon can you schedule my project?

Scheduling depends on the season, weather, material availability, and the size of your project. Once you approve your estimate, we will provide the next available scheduling options and keep you updated if conditions change.

Do I need to be home during the work?

You usually do not need to be home as long as we have access to the work area and the project details have been confirmed in advance. For larger or more detailed projects, we may recommend meeting briefly before work begins.

What should I do before you arrive?

Please remove toys, decorations, hoses, pet waste, and other personal items from the work area. Make sure gates are unlocked and pets are kept safely inside while our team is working.

What happens if it rains?

Some services can continue during light rain, while others require dry conditions. Heavy rain or saturated ground may cause your project to be rescheduled to protect your lawn, landscaping, and the quality of the finished work.

How often should mulch be refreshed?

Most mulch beds benefit from a refresh about once a year, although timing depends on the type of mulch, sun exposure, drainage, and the appearance you want. We will check the existing depth before recommending how much new mulch to install.

How often should pine straw be refreshed?

Pine straw is commonly refreshed once or twice a year. Over time, it settles, fades, and begins to break down. A fresh application restores color, coverage, and definition around landscape beds.

Should old mulch or pine straw be removed first?

Not always. If the existing material is healthy and not too deep, new material can often be installed over it after the beds are cleaned and prepared. Removal may be recommended if there is excessive buildup, mold, drainage trouble, or unwanted material underneath.

Do you remove weeds before installing mulch or pine straw?

Basic bed preparation can be included depending on the condition of the area and the scope of your estimate. Properties with heavy weed growth, overgrown beds, or extensive cleanup needs may require additional labor.

Can you redefine or expand existing landscape beds?

Yes. We can reshape, widen, and redefine landscape beds to improve their appearance and create cleaner separation from the lawn. Natural edging or stone edging can be added depending on the style and maintenance level you prefer.

What is the difference between natural edging and stone edging?

Natural edging creates a clean border by cutting and shaping the soil along the landscape bed. Stone edging creates a more permanent and decorative border using installed stone. The right option depends on your preferred appearance, budget, and maintenance expectations.

Can you help me choose between mulch, pine straw, and decorative rock?

Yes. We will consider the style of your property, drainage, surrounding plants, maintenance preferences, and budget. Each material has different benefits, and we will help you choose the option that makes the most sense for the area.

Do you trim and plant shrubs?

Yes. We provide routine shrub trimming as well as shrub planting for landscape upgrades and bed refreshes. Plant recommendations depend on the location, sunlight, available space, soil conditions, and the appearance you want.

Can you repair small areas of damaged sod?

Yes. We provide sod repair for bare, damaged, or uneven sections of lawn when the area is suitable for new sod. We can remove damaged material, prepare the soil, and install new sod as included in your estimate.

Will new sod need to be watered?

Yes. Newly installed sod requires consistent watering while its roots become established. We will explain the initial care needed, but the property owner is responsible for maintaining the watering schedule after installation.

Do you offer recurring lawn and landscape maintenance?

Yes. Recurring service availability depends on your location and the type of maintenance needed. Services may include mowing, shrub trimming, bed maintenance, edging, and seasonal property cleanups.

Can you complete several services during the same visit?

Yes. Many customers combine services such as mulch installation, shrub trimming, bed edging, and sod repair. Combining related services can create a more complete transformation and may be more efficient than scheduling each service separately.

Do you work with homeowners associations?

We can complete work in communities with homeowners associations, but the property owner is responsible for confirming any material, color, design, or installation requirements before work begins.
